Live hero capture · Demo recordsA clinic needs more than a landing page: appointment requests must respect the available schedule, patients need clear ways to manage a booking, and staff need a shared view of daily appointments and follow-up work.
I built the Django/PostgreSQL backend for scheduling and appointment management, role-scoped staff operations, and background-job handling, alongside the automation integration. I also contributed to frontend design with the Camyx team. The portfolio demo uses fictional clinic information and synthetic records. Booking and staff operations are implemented; automation integration is in progress.
Event Pipeline & Data Flow
Public website and booking forms → Django scheduling rules → PostgreSQL appointments → staff dashboard and background jobs → n8n integration / local email demonstration.Visitors select an available appointment and review their details before booking.
The backend validates availability and appointment changes against the database schedule.
Role-scoped staff views support daily schedules, booking management, tasks, and notification review.
Background jobs and private worker interfaces support the n8n integration, which is still in progress.
